[NEW Route] Strathnairn or Shepherd’s Lookout (path or trail)

Meeting point for both runs:

Stepping Stone Café unsealed carpark nearest Pro Hart Avenue, Strathnairn

Route Descriptions:

Strathnairn path loop – From the unsealed carpark, turn onto Pro Hart Avenue and follow the paths clockwise bordering Strathnairn, keeping houses on right and paddocks etc on left. At top of path bordering golf course, follow path under powerlines to top of the park until turning left onto Pro Hart. Going out of Strathnairn, turn left at Sopforth, keeping turning right onto Messenger, Beaurepair, Trickett and back onto Sopforth, then Drake Brockman and return to start.

Shepherd’s Lookout out and back with extra loop for longer distance – Turn out of unsealed carpark, the track head starts on the dead-end road next to The Link. Follow the orange track signs to the lookout. For a longer option, just before the lookout keep going to Uriarra River loop which brings you back to the lookout. Retrace the path back to the start.
