Pool session - Stromlo Forest park
Meet at Stromlo Forest park near the pavilion for a challenging ride around the Urriarra loop. This is an uncoached ride and all are welcome, the ride is approximately 40km at a steady pace on the road. For a shorter route, turn around prior to Uriarra Crossing.

Thursday runs are open to runners and walkers of all paces. There’s usually a big group at Yarralumla. If you’re new to FIT, make yourself known to the group at the meeting place. The same route is run each week, although the Yarralumla run is done in the reverse direction once per month.
