Thursday runs are open to runners and walkers of all paces. There’s usually a smaller group at Hackett. If you’re new to FIT, make yourself known to the group at the meeting place. The same route is run each week.

Meet at Stromlo Forest park near the pavilion for a challenging ride around the Urriarra loop. This is an uncoached ride and all are welcome, the ride is approximately 40km at a steady pace on the road. For a shorter route, turn around prior to Uriarra Crossing.
