In 2021, we celebrated our 25th anniversary, marking this milestone with the publication of our club’s history, FIT from the Start, Celebrating 25 years of Females in Training Inc. This chronicle captures the spirit, achievements, and growth of our incredible community.

At FIT ACT, we take pride in our team of dedicated coaches who actively guide and inspire our members across all triathlon disciplines—swimming, cycling, running, and water running. Each coach holds accreditation in their respective fields, ensuring that you receive the highest quality training tailored to your needs and goals.

Our coaches’ qualifications:

  • Comprehensive accreditation: Our coaches are accredited through national bodies, including Triathlon Australia, Athletics Australia, AusCycling, and the Australian Swimming Coaches and Teachers Associates, as well as the College of Health and Fitness.
  • Diverse expertise: With specialization in triathlon, swimming, cycling, running, and water running, our coaches offer well-rounded and expert guidance.
  • Commitment to safety: All coaches hold current Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) and first aid certifications, ensuring a secure and supportive training environment.
