Want to Tri, but not sure how to get started?

The Women’s Triathlon Training Program (WTTP) is an annual 8 – 10 week training program for novice triathletes of all ages, abilities and fitness levels, and usually starts in October each year.

Our Rookie Running Program is popular with those who haven’t done much running but want to start pounding the pavement. Usually held at the start of the year, its a great way to tick off that New Year’s resolution.
