Water running
Water running is tougher than you might think – but because your whole body is supported, it’s great for general recovery after other training and for rehab if you have an injury. Lots of members who run and cycle swear by a weekly water running session to aid recovery, build strength and increase endurance.

*Canberra Girls’ Grammar school pool is located on the corner of Melbourne Avenue and Empire Circuit. Take the small set of steps on Empire Circuit leading to the basketball courts, the pool is on your right hand side (down a set of steps into the adjacent building).
